Living for Tomorrow

Is more than a mission—it’s a movement toward a future where communities are free from the devastation of gun violence. We work to create safe spaces where children can laugh and play without fear, where youth can navigate their world without feeling the need to carry a gun for protection, and where families who have endured loss receive the support they need to heal.

We believe that safety is a fundamental right, not a privilege. We envision a world where responsible policies prevent firearms from reaching those in crisis, ensuring that mental health struggles are met with care—not tragedy. Our commitment extends beyond awareness—we advocate, support, and uplift communities, transforming grief into action and hope into change.

At Living for Tomorrow, we are building a future where resilience replaces fear and communities thrive without the shadow of violence. Together, we can turn possibility into reality.

Meet the Team

  • Founder & Executive Director

“I founded Living for Tomorrow because no child should live in fear of gun violence. After surviving being shot and witnessing a shooting that led a 14-year-old girl to lose her life, I knew something had to change. This is more than a nonprofit—it’s a lifeline, a place where youth can turn instead of the streets, where families find healing, and where communities come together to build a safer, stronger future. We exist to empower, protect, and restore hope—because every child deserves to walk down their street without fear.”

  • Board President

“I joined Living For Tomorrow because I’ve seen firsthand the devastating impact of gun violence. Loss isn’t only real when it touches your life—it’s a shared pain that no one should have to endure. I am committed to ending this cycle and building a future where communities can heal and thrive.”
